Meet Sheena! Sheena is a dedicated student and teacher of Yoga and Qigong. Her passion for Yoga and Qigong has led her on an immense learning journey where she has completed nearly 400 hours in registered training courses.

Sheena believes that cultivating a balance between our mind, body and spirit is a fundamental part of living a vibrant, happy, and healthy life. Through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yogic philosophy, Sheena aims to elevate the therapeutic and medical applications of the practice, guiding you to a deeper state of peace, tranquility, and relaxation. She encourages students to connect their inner self and the rhythms of the natural world by teaching them how to integrate breath, meditation, and movement practices into their lives both on and off the mat.

Sheena teaches Yoga, Yin Yoga and Qigong at various studios across the Gold Coast. Outside of the studio, you can find her practicing sunrise Qigong at the beach or hiking in the surrounding rainforests.
